Mark Verge
Mark is the owner operator of Aim Pumps and Filtration; with over 30 years of experience. He began his career at a early age working for his father Doug and the family business Doug’s Pumphouse.
Graduating from NSCC in 1990 and continuing to work alongside family, Mark went on to co-found Aim Pumps and Filtration in the spring of 1999 with his brother Paul.
Since that time he has become sole owner and grown his company to service all of Nova Scotia, he has also been heavily involved in the provinces industry.
He has served as Vice President for the Nova Scotia Ground Water Association and is currently the Director of the Technical Division.
In 2018, Mark was awarded “Pump Installer of the Year” by the Nova Scotia Ground Water Association.
Sandra Verge
Sandra is the acting Office Manager for Aim Pumps and Filtration. With over 20 years of experience and formal education, in Business Management she has been with the company since 1999.
Josh Feltmate
In 2018 Josh joined Aim Pumps and Filtration as an apprentice. With formal education from NSCC and Mount Saint Vincent University, Josh works closely with Mark to provide the quality service Nova Scotian’s deserve.

David is the owner and operator of Verge’s Labor Services and has been partnering with Aim Pumps and Filtration since 2016.

Kaitlin Verge
With a full time career in financial advisement, Kaitlin volunteers her time acting as a Marketing and Communications Manager for Aim Pumps and Filtration since 2017.
